"Helping Families Learn More About Learning Differently"

TeacherofColor.Info is the resource for teachers interested in independent schools.  For the past six years we have offered teacher recruitment fairs throughout the country.  Our goal is simply to introduce independent schools to interested teaching candidates in order to increase the number of qualified teachers in every school.  We believe that teacher recruitment is synonymously important as student recruitment and we want to help schools continue to make the connection.

For schools the dynamics of a culturally astute learning environment are elusive without including contributions from a diversity of teachers.  The Black Parents Forum created Teacher of Color Recruitment Fairs as a component for schools to use in meeting potential teaching candidates.

For the past six years we have offered teacher recruitment fairs throughout the country.  Our goal is simply to introduce independent schools to interested teaching candidates as a means to increasing the number of qualified teachers in every school.  In 2010 we continue for the seventh recruitment season in Atlanta and Houston, February 6 and 20.
