Founded in 2006, the Teacher of Color Recruitment Fair was created with a clear dual mission:
-
to serve as a gateway for recruiting and retaining teachers of color across independent, charter, online, and public schools, and
-
to elevate teaching as a rewarding and impactful career for both new and experienced educators.
We believe every student deserves access to exceptional, diverse educators who reflect the richness and strength of their communities. Our mission is to bridge the gap between talented candidates and schools, helping institutions build inclusive, dynamic learning environments—and helping educators thrive in careers that inspire excellence.
